At Head Shed, we understand that sometimes schedules change and we think it's fair to ask that should our clients need to, they give at least 24 (working) hours notice when canceling or rescheduling their appointment.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients that are a “no show” will incur a charge of 100% of the booking made.
Following this cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby clients of any last minute availability.
Our aim is to provide an excellent level of service to all our clients, and our policies help us to achieve this.
